How to Pay Your Bill:
​TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT, PLEASE DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING
Payment Details:
Accepted payment options: most major credit cards, debit card, HSA, cash, check
We impose a surcharge of 3% on the transaction amount when paying with a credit card, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. We do not surcharge debit cards.
Payments made in cash or by check will not incur a fee.​
Billing Inquiries:
Our clinic uses an outside billing company. If you have any questions regarding your bill, please contact our billing department by calling 530.255.4120 or by emailing mbms.acctreview@gmail.com
